We achieve this unique approach by having every group class member receive a complimentary health and fitness assessment where we run through a functional movement screen. From this functional movement screen we are able to identify and program exactly to your personal needs to reach your goals.

This gold standard approach allows us to tailor the class to each member’s individual needs rather than run through a cookie cutter circuit program. This leads to better client results. Whether you want to move better, get stronger and fitter or learn some new skills we bring personal into the group class environment.
