Lower Back Pain and Sciatica is a common occurrence. Over 80% of people experience lower back pain in their lifetime.
Not all have a "slipped disc" or other pathology, some may be tight, unstable, a "sprain" or movement / posture / load related. Whether an acute injury, a niggle or an old complaint that is playing up fieldwork can help you find the cause and create a solution to your issue
Does Fieldwork treat Low Back Pain?
Yes we do! Low Back Pain is common issue we encounter as physiotherapists and having treated many people with this condition successfully.
Common things we see are:
- Slipped (herniated) discs
- Poor posture
- Facet joints
I have been told i have a "slipped disc/bulging disc/my back is out" can you help?
Yes we can! Disc herniation's or "slipped disc" is a very common injury to the lower back. If fact if you scan 100 people 80 of them will have something wrong with their scan.
This does not mean they are in pain however!
Other complaints we see:
- Pain with sitting
- Pain with standing
- Lower back injuries
- Poor loading and movement patterns
- Return to work and exercise
