How can I help you?
Hi I'm Andrew,
I grew up playing football (AFL), cricket and basketball before finding CrossFit in 2013. Being involved in so much sport has come with some injuries, including my shoulder, ankle injuries and 3 knee surgeries before I turned 25!
These injuries sparked my interest in rehabilitation which led me to Exercise Physiology, this gives me the opportunity to help people overcome obstacles and get back to their chosen sport or activity.
I have trained, competed and coached Crossfit for the last 5 years and have a real passion for the benefits and community it generates.
Recently I have found the sport of triathlon, specifically Ironman and caught the bug big time. I completed my first Ironman in December 2018 in just over 11 hours.
I have worked at Subiaco football club for 3 years as a rehab coach which really challenged me to return individuals to full fitness in a high-pressure environment.
I love helping athletes and all my clients return to full function by improving strength and movement patterns to keep them injury free and assist them through everyday life. I’m also a big Fremantle Dockers fan, so along with training for an Ironman I think I can say I’ve gone through the dark days and success is coming one day!
If you need any Rehab, Strength Training or help with some lifting technique, be sure to see me at Fieldwork.
