How can I help you?

Hi I'm Amy,

Originally from the South coast of England, Amy developed a love of sport and physical activity from a young age through competitive windsurfing and participation in a variety of sports through school.

Growing up with an active lifestyle sparked her interest in movement, performance and injury recovery, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Amy studied Physiotherapy at Bournemouth University, UK, where she graduated with First Class Honours in 2021.

Since then, she has worked across acute hospitals, community rehabilitation and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, gaining experience helping people recover from injury, manage pain and return to the activities that matter most to them.

She takes a practical, hands-on approach to treatment, combining manual therapy with tailored exercise programs. Amy believes rehabilitation should be individualised to each person's goals and lifestyle, helping patients feel listened to, supported and empowered throughout their recovery.

Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy

Interests: Post-operative rehabilitation, lower back pain, hip, knee, and ankle injuries, tendinopathies, and general strength training.

Please Note:
Amy is not seeing patients under the age of 16. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to help you find the right clinician for younger patients.
