Amy Guy

Junior Physiotherapist | Inglewood

Hi I'm Amy,

Growing up, I was always drawn to both sport and science, and physiotherapy felt like the perfect blend of the two. I love understanding how the body works and helping people move and feel better—whether that's recovering from injury, building strength, or improving performance.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and began my career with a strong interest in post-surgical rehabilitation, lower limb joint pain, injury prevention, and exercise prescription. I also enjoy working with older adults and supporting them to maintain strength, balance, and independence.

My approach to physiotherapy is all about empowering people with knowledge and practical tools, tailored to their goals and lifestyle. I believe movement is powerful, and I’m passionate about helping others build confidence in their bodies.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll most likely find me at the gym, on a long walk along the beach, or planning my next adventure. My weekends are a mix of exploring new places and winding down somewhere quiet.

When I’m not moving, I’m usually enjoying bichermüsli for breakfast, playing T-Shirt Weather by Circa Waves on repeat, or hanging out with a dog (always dogs!). Oh—and fun fact: I can windsurf!
